We like to keep things simple, and that goes for privacy too. This policy explains what Moto-Scoot (moto-scoot.net) does — and more importantly, doesn't do — with your data.

What we collect

Almost nothing. This site uses only functional cookies, meaning the bare minimum needed to make the website work properly, such as remembering your language preference. That's it.

• We do not use analytics or tracking cookies.
• We do not build visitor profiles.
• We do not use advertising trackers.
• We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Ever.

Server logs

Like virtually every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and technical troubleshooting. These logs may include IP addresses and are automatically deleted after a short retention period. We do not use them to identify or track individual visitors.

If you contact us

If you email us at info@moto-scoot.net, we'll obviously see your email address and whatever you write. We use that information only to reply to you. We don't add you to mailing lists, and we don't pass your details on to anyone else.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Given how little we collect, that's usually a very short conversation — but we take it seriously. Just email us at info@moto-scoot.net and we'll sort it out.

Changes

If we ever change this policy, we'll update this page. Since we have no plans to start tracking anyone, don't expect much drama here.
